Shipping & Returns
All products are made-to-order! Order and product processing takes 2-7 days. Products will be shipped after order and product have been processed. Please see the table below for shipping speeds.
Cost of shipping is determined at checkout.
Shipping speeds (after order and product processing):
We want you to be in love with your items, so if for any reason you are not, you may send it back to us!
We accept returns within 30 days after product(s) have been received.
Items returned must be in unwashed/unworn condition and have all original tags attached.
To return your item, please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Please indicate whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (see information below about exchanges)
- Please indicate if you would like store credit, otherwise we are only able to refund to the original method of payment
- Your shipping address - if you are exchanging
- If your item was damaged, please explain the damage and attach photos of the damaged item to your email.
Please email the above information to email@example.com and we will promptly reply about your return status and provide instructions on sending back your item(s).
* You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are exchanging a product, we will ship your new item back to you for free! We suggest getting tracking information when returning a shipment.*
Please allow 5-7 business days after receiving your package to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon processing your request. Allow an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit statement. We do not refund shipping charges.

We currently offer exchanges for the same item/new size. To exchange the item, you must send the item back to us, and then we will ship your new requested item to you for free!
*Please specify in your return the new desired size. (Also, this is rare, but if the new item is not in stock, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment.)*
